FETA STUFFED CHICKENI'm telling you this is TO DIE FOR... Feta, sour cream, spinach stuffed in a pounded down chicken breast.. Carefully rolled with a toothpick & baked. Very filling with a rich succulent taste.. It truly is one of my other favorite dishes to cook. Served with roasted seasoned new potatoes & spinach salad drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette!
